Commenting on the new business, Ocean Chief Executive John Bullivant said: "These are key wins for us as they reinforce our position as a leading service provider with the ability to provide solutions for a wide range of organisations from across the UK.
"We are delighted to have begun working with all of these new partners and we look forward to establishing strong working relationships with their staff and customers."
Talented Trio Join Ocean's Team
Three new starters have got off to a flying start in their roles with Ocean.
Manav Chawla, Lisa Marshall and Inesa Kuzminskaja have joined the organisation as Business Soft Services Manager and Development Administrators respectively.
Manav, who takes on the role of Soft Services Manager at St George’s University in London brings to the company formidable experience within the services industry, having previously managed operations at the headquarters of GlaxoSmithKline as well as hotels and restaurants.
He said: “I’m very much looking forward to putting my skills to work in this new role.”
For Business Management graduate Lisa, her role as Business Development Administrator is her first position following her successful completion of her four year degree course at the University of Bedfordshire.
The 23-year-old said: “I’m really enjoying the role and it has been great be able to put what I’ve learned into practice and to see how a national company like Ocean operates.”
Journalism and PR graduate Inesa also studied at the University of Bedfordshire, graduating in 2009 and worked in various marketing roles prior to joining Ocean.
“Working at Ocean has been really exciting. It’s a great team here,” she said.

A leading education provider has praised members of Ocean’s team for their assistance in preparing for a high-tech photo shoot.
Cleaning Operatives Christine Eyidi, Giles Piare and Frederick Lubamba were presented with certificates of achievement for their assistance in keeping the City of Westminster College looking pristine during a 360 degree photo shoot for the College’s website.
The unique photography work allows website visitors to take a virtual tour of the College’s new Paddington Green Campus, allowing them to examine the building in extreme detail.
The efforts of Ocean’s team in helping the site to look its best were recognised not only by Ocean’s Regional Manager Ola Sunmonu but also by the College’s Estates Manager Robin Pellett who said: “I would like to thank the Ocean cleaning staff who contributed.
“Their efforts and diligence were of great assistance and very much appreciated.”
Bosses have also said a big thank you to two cleaners who lent a helping hand at Ovingdean Hall International Language College in Brighton.
Cleaning Operatives Michelle Birnie and Janet Penn-Symonds both live in Hastings but travelled to Brighton daily to provide essential support for the contract during its startup period.
Their Manager Peter Weston said: “They’ve made such a great effort. They have travelled daily between from Hastings and in the clients words exceeded all expectations for cleaning standards.”
