Andy Erskine - Managing Director, Ocean Facilities Services

Andy became Managing Director of Ocean Facilities Services - the dedicated F.M branch of the Ocean group - in July 2010.

Prior to joining the company he had worked as the In-House Group Facilities Director for Haymarket Publishing Services Ltd he has also been the Facilities Manager for two companies in the south of England.

At Ocean Andy holds responsibility for managing all FM activities carried out across the group, developing strategic partnerships with clients and suppliers to deliver facilities excellence. His main duties include developing and implementing new FM business and service extensions within the existing client base, negotiating supplier service agreements across all FM service types, managing accounts for key clients and developing customer relationships. He is holds full profit and loss responsibility for Ocean.

As Ocean Facilities Services is a growing company Andy has drawn on his vast experience within the facilities industry to take a proactive, hands-on approach to facilitating business development. He has personally overseen the startup of every FM contract awarded to the company whilst liaising face to face with the clients and service providers, developing key performance indicators and service level agreements.
