Steve Webb - Managing Director, Ocean Security Solutions

Steve is one of the newest members of the Company Executive team, having joined in August 2009 as Managing Director of Ocean Security Solutions.

He was selected for this role not only for his substantial experience in the security industry but also for his ambition and determination to take the company forward. He has quickly established himself as a pro-active leader and decision maker.

After gaining a degree in combined business studies Steve worked as an Operational Manager in the timber sector before transferring to the security industry in 2002, joining a major guarding company. After a front line spell as a security officer to gain ground level experience he was promoted twice in quick succession to Contract Manager and on to National Accounts Manager before eventually joining Ocean.

As Managing Director for Ocean Security Solutions, Steve exercises control over all company issues, from contract management, budgets, procurement, staffing and numerous other areas. He employs a customer-focused approach to his work, ensuring he always has a full understanding of a client’s needs and expectations. By establishing positive partnerships with customers, Steve and his team are consistently able to provide the highest possible level of service.
